Supporting CRY www.cryamerica.org , of the most credible Indian charity organizations in the USA . Giving underprivileged children addressing their rights , education , healthcare and overall development .

Houston was very generous yesterday and our Gala with the help of Superstar Padmashri Padmabhushan 5 time Winner of National Filmfare Award Ms Shabana Azmi raised more than $ 350,000 for the kids!! ( with all the endorsements and raises and direct contributions yesterday too).

TIC , Anita , my Esteemed Guests on our Table and myself will continue to support the amazing 🤩 cause of CRY in India. Kudos to the Organization, Organizing Cmte and of course the generous donors— Dharam , Juhi Vandana & Patrick !! We believe in You and CRY . ✅💖🙏.

BOLLA & SANKARA: An amazing generous night out at Houston - for the Annual Sankara Eye Foundation Gala . The Chief Guest : Mr. Srikanth Bolla , the founder chairman of Bollant Industries and BLIND MIT trained self made BILLIONAIRE!!!
It was a packed house, great $$$$ raised .
Great job friend Sanjay Rambhadram on the raise for the millions of reversible blind in India .

Anita and I are proud of helping Sankara for the last 14 years . Ever since we first donated to build our Sankara Hospital in Shimoga , Karnataka . It has changed the landscape of northern Karnataka in blindness — for that we are grateful to Sankara .

We want to ask everyone to assist Sankara in supporting this year and next to increase the number of surgeries to a target : 1 million/ yr.

It was the pinnacle of excellence of our medical education program — making doctors , nurses, physician assistants, biomedical engineers, hospital administrators , physical therapists — that’s the type of students we have recruited .. the cut was high . 154 applicants . Only 61 qualified for the position & were interviewed for the internship . Of which we selected 25 .
