Did you know that:

On June 29, the Social Security Administration (SSA) removed Continuing Disability Reviews (CDRs) from their publicly available list of Suspended Workloads.

This means a resumption of CDR reviews. Its important to get good professional help if you or someone you know is affected.

Its also important to keep getting your check while under the review. This must be done within 10 days of the letter or they will cut off the check.

Today we consider most cases an emergency or urgent. I went to see a client who work for Miami Dade. She could barely walk and had really bad swellen. Recommendation: Love is good, but money is a commensurate for the love shown and worked for. Therefore, If you're a retired medical professional coming out of retirement to assist in the Covid19 effort; I would come back as an entity and not an employee.
