Did you know that a study performed in Spain showed that 20% and 45% of teenagers aged from 14 - 18 years of age have back pain for more than 15 days due to the load, as a result of the use of a backpack. Children who carry heavy backpacks alters their posture and gait and can lead to biomechanical changes which result in chronic pain and back pathologies. See the link below for the full article.
