arise.YOGA has two small studios in Toowoomba and Highfields. This page represents the Toowoomba Studio which offers, Yoga, Pilates & Meditation.

We cap all our classes at 20, so you can be guaranteed an intimate, supported approach to your practiced. We are not a heated studio - we aim for a comfortable temperature - therefore heated in winter, cooled in summer.

I honestly don’t have the words to explain how deeply moving and enriching our Let Go studio retreat was for me. We bid farewell to our beautiful space filled with all of the joy, laughter and tears that were fitting for such an incredibly cherished studio space. And this is not the end, just the beginning of a beautiful new chapter for our community , our Kyla, our Yoga Family. I love and cherish each and everyone of you and thank you for all the enrichment you have brought to my life and our space.
