🌞 My Daily Self-Care Rituals🌞
Hey there, beautiful souls! ☀️ It's time to chat about the importance of self-care rituals and mental health check-ins! 🧠💕
Every day, I make it a priority to ask myself one simple question every 1 or 2 hours: "How am I feeling now?" 🤔✨ It's a small act that makes a huge difference in my overall well-being.
🌅 Mornings are my sacred time. I start with gratitude, thanking someone or something that adds joy to my life. 🙏 Then, it's a glass of warm lemon water, a refreshing downward dog pose on my yoga mat, and a stop at my favorite coffee shop for a hazelnut non-fat latte ☕. During that time, I plan my day and reflect on all the positive aspects of my life. 🌈
And when the day is done, I make sure I get a solid 7 hours of sleep. 😴 These rituals have been non-negotiable for me over the last 10 years. 📆 No matter what life throws at me, these practices empower me, keep me happy, and help me maintain a positive outlook on life. 💪💖
