From 6th-12th May is Deaf Awareness Week. This week is dedicated to helping raise awareness of deafness and hearing loss through education and understanding to ensure that those living with deafness and hearing loss can get the support and help they need.

It is estimated that 1 in 6 people have some degree of hearing loss and that around 7 in 10 people over the age 70+ experience hearing loss. In the next 20 years, it is expected that the prevalence of hearing loss is going to increase by 50%.

With Easter only a couple of days away, we've updated our opening times for over bank holidays. Edinburgh, St Andrews & Galashiels clinics will be open with all remaining House of Hearing clinics will be closed on Friday 29th March.

Our Alderley Edge, Stockton Heath, Macclesfield and Morpeth branches are closed on Monday 1st April. House of Hearing Perth will be open on Monday but will only be offering servicing.

All business will be open as usual from Tuesday 2nd April.
