Hello!

I want to wish everyone safe stay during this uncharted time in our country. I am planning to conduct sessions as scheduled until there are mandated changes that impact Mental Health Services.

For any client who prefers to stay home or is experiencing illness I have the capabilities to access virtual sessions through telehealth. I am here for you and will be available to answer any questions moving forward.

This is an easy misunderstanding of the purposes of utilizing love languages. We have to be intentional with tapping into the language our partner’s will be able to translate into love.

A framework meant to help people become more attuned to their partners now gets treated like a personality test.

Using person first language can make a difference in how we think about others

This cannot be overshared. Though some people do have different preferences, it's best to err on the side of caution. (You can always ask someone how they would like to be addressed.)

While fathers are spending a lot more time doing housework and child care, mothers are still doing almost double the amount.
