Hi I need to schedule a follow up appointment with Dr. Benavides but your personnel can not return my calls because your phone system blocks calls to the T-mobil served Puerto Rico area code 787 which is where my phone is from. Can you please allow outgoing calls to the Puerto Rico phone numbers? Puerto Rico is a territory of the United States and my phone number is served by the T-Mobil network using local (North Carolina) resources.
Today we joined survivors, coworkers and friends at the 3rd Annual Zero-Prostate Cancer Run/Walk at Associated Urologists of North Carolina, PA in Raleigh. How do I get a return call as a current patient? Cannot contact the "insurance goalie" and it's not an option on the 12 phone menu options. The appointment people seem very confused that they are being called. I don't get it.

I see Dr. Baker I have been dealing with an elevated PSA for a long time. I have had two biopsies with negative results and negative digital re**al exam and Free PSA Test. Dr Baker has always been friendly, professional and seems to genuinely care about you of course he gets busy this is a demanding job and practice but he stays on top of your case and needs. The office staff and particularly his office assistant and nurses are totally awesome. I feel bad for them I do not know how they keep up with everything but they do. I have a lot less anxiety knowing these people are in my corner.

I am a patient of Dr Tortora's. I had the HIFU procedure in 2011 in Cancun for my prostate cancer and have remained cancer free with no side effects. He now performs the procedure in Raleigh as it has since been FDA cleared. You are in good hands with Dr Tortora and if you are a candidate for HIFU, I highly recommend you consider it.
