Rhinoplasty and temporal lift by Dr. Quatela 👌🏼

Dr. Quatela performed a revision rhinoplasty after a surgery elsewhere did not achieve the cosmetic look she desired. She then came back in 2021 to discuss her upper lids.

She wanted to achieve the lifted look that a “tight ponytail” gave to her forehead and eyes.

A temporal lift raises the lateral brow, in turn taking weight off the upper lids. This gave her a gorgeous lifted look!

Swipe for the crispest jaw line you'll ever see!

This patient is 6 months out from deep neck contouring with minor skin removal and buccal fat extraction with Dr. Heather Lee and is just breathtaking!

She mentioned that she sees little change to face and neck with weight fluctuations which is very common with our deep neck contouring patients, and it's also why this surgery is so effective for them! Because we address the deeper structures and muscles of the neck and the fat that liposuction can't access, we are sculpting and contouring much more effectively than liposuction alone. Essentially we are addressing an area that is diet and exercise resistant!

Deep neck contouring is truly one of our favorite procedures!

After a 40 pound weight loss this patient was left with drooping breasts and excess skin. We LOVE deep neck contouring in the wild results! These simple, everyday life photos really capture the natural beauty that is deep neck contouring!

This patient is from DC so her journey with Dr. Heather Lee started with a virtual consult. Like most neck contouring patients, no matter her weight, this fullness in her neck stayed the same. That is because the fullness isn’t actually caused by fat, but by the deeper structures of the neck.

Most patients return to work in just a few days and are completely back to normal life by 2-3 weeks!
