FCTS is seeking motivated individuals who are looking to make a difference in the community by helping stop the spread of C19. We are looking for Health Testing Specialists to oversee and manage the process of testing which includes both PCR and Rapid testing of walk-in patients.
The essential functions of the Health specialist are to:
Provide customer service to ensure that the entire patient experience is pleasant.
Ability to answer questions regarding the testing process.
Instruct and assist patients in filling out the digital form and ensure information entered is correct.
Provide clear instructions to patients to help them self-collect nasal swab and place sample in collection tube.
Bag and tag collected samples correctly and prepare for daily lab pickup.
Clean and disinfect testing stations after each patient; restock testing supplies.
Daily operational tasks related to open and close of testing site.
Qualifications:
Must be reliable, dependable and trustworthy with excellent customer service and communication skills.
Bilingual is a plus but not necessary.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $12.00 to $15.00 /hour
