Reiki is something that I have been exploring and developing my practice in for several months now and cannot wait to share this beautiful practice with you all✨

Reiki is a beautiful form of energy healing, Reiki energy works with the whole person - body, spirit, energy, emotions, mind

Everyone experiences Reiki differently but think cleansing & balancing energy with deep relaxation & rest 💭

absolutely blessed to be able to announce Solas Therapies first pop-up event at the beautiful Tahlee Clarke Campbell] 🫶🏼

This will be a day full of holding space for you all through a Solas Therapies Signature Treatment (to be announced soon💗)

I am so excited to get back to offering treatments in a beautiful studio space, and so grateful to Tahlee Tahlee Clarke Campbell] for the space she has created✨

✨IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT✨

As a lot of you know, I’ve had to take some time off recently, which has given me the gift of time, to really take a step back and reflect, look at what’s serving me and what I want the future of Solas Therapies to look like 💭

So with that, Solas Therapies is evolving and changing

The biggest change is that Solas Therapies will no longer have a permanent home in the city centre. I’m so proud of the beautiful space that I created and that Solas Therapies has called home for the past year, but it’s time for a change💛

The way Solas Therapies offers treatments is changing - I want to be able to invest so much more of my energy into holding space and giving the best treatments to you all✨

This change will allow me to put more time and energy into expanding my knowledge and delivering the highest quality treatments💛

The other exciting news is that I have 2 new therapies coming to Solas Therapies! These are offerings that I’ve been working really hard to develop over recent months and cannot wait to share with you! More info on this coming soon✨

I am so grateful for the time spent in my beautiful space over the last year, and grateful for every single person who visited and supported me over that time💗 I will miss Solas Therapies cosy home but I am so excited and ready for the changes that are coming! 💭🫶🏼

it’s natural for us to feel called to slow down as we transition into the winter months

& it’s time to listen to & honour your mind & body

It’s easy to spend time on social media and compare your journey to everyone else’s but remember it’s a highlight reel, go at your own pace

rest is not weak, it’s not something we ‘earn’ and it’s certainly not something we should wait until our mind & body are crying out for to practice

take a moment to think about what makes you feel rested, & then take the time to incorporate these practices into your daily life
