माझे नाव ज्योती बोरसे.जून 2022 मध्ये मला गुडघेदुखीचा त्रास सुरू झाला. मग मी काकतकर सरांकडे ट्रीटमेंट साठी गेली माझं वजन तेव्हा 91 किलो होतं.त्यांनी मला वजन कमी करण्याचा सुचवलं आणि पूजा शिरभाते मॅडमचा नंबर आणि पत्ता दिला.मग मी त्यांच्याकडे जाण्याचे ठरवले आणि त्यांच्याकडे गेले.त्यांनी दिलेला डाएट प्लॅन तंतोतंत फॉलो केला पहिल्या महिन्यात माझं वजन तीन किलो कमी झालं व माझं वजन कमी झालेला पाहून मला थोडासा कॉन्फिडन्स आला. दुसऱ्या महिन्यात पुन्हा डायट प्लॅन बदलून दिला व काही पथ्य ही सांगितले, ते मी फॉलो केल्यानंतर माझं वजन तीन किलो कमी झाले.दोनच महिन्यात सहा किलो वजन कमी झाल्यावर मला हलके व स्वस्थ वाटू लागले. माझं वजन जास्त असल्या कारणामुळे त्याचा प्रभाव गुडघ्यांवर जास्त येत होता आणि गुडघेदुखी ही होत होती.गुडघेदुखी होऊ नये म्हणून वजन कमी करणे हा एकच पर्याय मला डॉक्टरांनी सांगितलं होतं. तिसऱ्या महिन्यातही मी शिरभाते मॅडम जवळ गेल्यानंतर त्यांनी पुन्हा डायट प्लान रिवाईस केला व श्रावण महिन्यातल्या उपासाप्रमाणे डायट प्लान बदलून दिला.त्या महिन्यात देखील माझे वजन तीन किलो कमी झाले. मी ही जर्नी कंटिन्यू ठेवली त्यामुळे आज पर्यंत माझे वजन 16 किलोने कमी होऊन आता 75 झालं आहे. आता मॅडम यांनी तीन महिन्याचा डायट प्लॅन बनवून दिला आहे व मी अजूनही त्यांना कन्सल्ट करून त्यांनी दिलेल्या इन्स्ट्रक्शन प्रमाणे डायट घेत आहे. अशक्य वाटणारी गोष्ट मॅडमानमुळे मला आता शक्य वाटत आहे थँक्यू शिरभाते मॅडम.

If we are not providing sufficient Rest to our Body, We are not giving enough time to Recover. This Results into OVER TRAINING which leads to Injuries.
