Nothing has touched and moved me deeper in life than the moments when someone authentically expressed and embodied that which is closest to their hearts. What a gift to witness!

Who ever said there were limitations in life? Everything is possible if your soul is alive!

The Grove of Intention Mural Project | Heartspace by Rosie Mac

OMG --- The Grove of Intention Mural Project looks MIND BLOWINGLY AMAZING and is so deeply touching that it stirs my insides to tears of deep-felt humbleness and gratitude. And I don’t use the OMG easily ;)

Doesn't it make you want to drop what you are doing and go for a walk? Forget work? Cry and laugh? Ask yourself what truly matters in life? Commit to an intention? Let the world know? And then walk by it every day to remind yourself to live and breathe that intention so it stays alive and manifests itself?

Thanks @ , , , , , ?Campaign, for sharing this incredible piece of art and contribution towards the healing of our societies increased learned helplessness leading to disconnection of what keeps our spirit healthy and alive.

Magic!

Go with your gut feeling | Magnus Walker | TEDxUCLA

Kia Ora. On this cloudy, rainy day, I decided to browse some inspirational TED talks and found this rather unique and different story of success and how knowing what you love, can be the greatest guide to an extraordinary life. Authentic, grounded, unpretentious. I hope listening to Magnus's courage to follow his intuition leaves a similar air of fascination and happiness in you as it did for me. Do you ever wonder what you would do if you could just follow your passion with motivation, faith, dedication, and focus without any expectation of success or fears of what others may think?

This morning I was reminded of the difference a breath and conscious thought can make to the rest of your day: Imagine the sun in your heart and its warm rays emanating from within your heart to your entire body. Feel the warmth, the openness, the sense of ease, the permission to relax, the calming of worries and thoughts, the spark of joy, just as if you were truly lying in the sun, receiving and filling up on its life-giving energy. I find that when I connect to this feeling, it doesn't matter whether it rains or shines in the outside world and when I worry, this brings a beautiful sense of trust that all is exactly right as it is and gives me permission to just be with and accept what is. Try it and see if this image can assist and support you as you go through your day.

Whohoo! Tomorrow the Random Act of Kindness workshop begins! If you haven't done so already, this is your last chance to spread the word! Please let those families with children aged 7 years or older know about this fantastic 6-week course. How is it different from other things you may have heard named as such and why should you do it? 1: It is a holistic approach, starting with you and and your family before looking at the wider circle of the community. 2: You will learn about how to make compliments that make a difference and help you bond and relate to each other much better. 3: It will be interactive and fun, bringing you closer as a family and with like-minded people. 4: You will become more aware of the little things you can do for each other. That means everyone wins! 5: You will learn to communicate in a way that ensures your message will be heard. That means less conflict and misunderstandings. 6: You will become aware of what gets in the way of being kind. We cannot change the world. But we can change ourselves and watch everything change for the better because of it! 7: Learn about the healing power of nature and how appreciation can motivate to actively take care of it. 8: Learn about the things that move and touch your children, the way they observe and experience the world, and support their creative and unique way of making a difference in the world. This will allow them to grow into empowered adults who have absolute trust in themselves and will follow their dreams with a belief that everything is possible. Let the magical journey begin and join me tomorrow at 9:30 am at 6 Elgin Street. I look forward to meeting you xx

Random Act of Kindness 26: Come together with your friends, be wild, do something extraordinary, go beyond what you thought was possible, have fun, be creative, laugh, share the things that make your life meaningful, lift each each other up, listen to what moves and worries those you love, and be the helping hand, the person to evoke self-belief, courage, and trust. May we all feel like stars on an endless horizon of possibility.

Random Act of Kindness Day 12: How often do we hold the attitude of 'I say I love you if you say I love you first', protecting ourselves from potentially feeling hurt. Random Act of Kindness Day 11: How often do we admire something in a person but hold back saying so? Maybe because we feel silly saying it. Maybe because we feel unsure about how it will be received. Maybe because we are comparing ourselves to others, feeling anxious that someone else may be better than us. But have you ever received the gift of someone truly sharing something they value or deeply admire about you? And have you felt the warm ripple effect in your heart that speaks of deep acknowledgement and gratitude because you received their unspoken words 'I see you'? Today, I invite you to pass that gift on to someone else and witness the beautiful transformation that occurs because of it.

Random Act of Kindness Day 10: Do you sometimes catch yourself thinking of other things as you are listening to another like your busy to do list or that thing that has been on your mind or heart recently? And after the conversation you feel kind of empty and guilty because you didn't feel like you were of any support? So why not give someone the gift of your full presence and attention?

Random Act of Kindness Day 9: I invite you to think of someone today that has changed your life in one way or another. This may be your best friend who you see every day or a friend that means the world to you but you do not see them often at all. Maybe it is even just an acquaintance, someone who has been in your life for only a very short time. Who ever you connect with first, why don't you take the time today to email, text, or phone them and write them in a few (or more) words how much they mean to you, how they changed your life, and how they make your life more beautiful every day.

Time for reflection

Radom Act of Kindness week 2: I hope you all feel rejuvenated from a week full of self-care. Filled up with energy, this coming week, our focus will move from within to without. In the preparation of that, I invite you to take some time to reflect on what you feel you have to give. What do you know are your strengths? When have people really felt touched by your giving or simply your presence?
