I encourage women who are journaling to write about the frustration, anxiety, depression, stress, or experiences right now in their life. By journaling your mood or emotions, you can release negative thoughts. πŸ’­ I always encourage ending your journaling session by writing what you are grateful for at that moment. πŸ™ By focusing on the present, we can let go of those stressors and move toward the future. πŸš€
You may find when you are journaling that trauma from your past may come up and that is okay. πŸ’” If those traumas from your past are coming up, you may need to seek out a therapist to deal with those because that could be keeping you stuck in your pain. πŸ›‹οΈ
You can also do pain journaling. This includes the following:

β˜‘οΈUse the 0-10 rating system in daily entries. πŸ“Š
β˜‘οΈUse descriptive words of the pain experienced, such as burning, pulsating, throbbing, aching, or tingling. πŸ”₯πŸ’’πŸ’₯πŸ˜«πŸ’€
β˜‘οΈRecord the time of day heightened pain occurs. ⏰

🚫 No More Self-Doubt: Let's make a pact to silence those doubtful whispers. Replace "I can't" with "I will try." Replace "I'm not enough" with "I am growing and learning every day." The journey to self-love starts with changing the way we speak to ourselves.
