Truth is, sometimes we just need help. We need help in breaking destructive behavior patterns, we need help learning how to communicate, we need help resolving conflict. Life will throw us situations that bring us to our knees and gaining the strength to get back up can sometimes be challenging. We tell ourselves negative stories, or we flat out just lie to ignore the truth of the matter. My name is Renee Greer, and I want to unapologetically challenge you to stop telling yourself stories that are no longer serving a purpose in your life.
