Using functional medicine nutrition, Johnna teaches people how to live a healthy lifestyle through practical nutrition education, practicing body awareness and learning to *enjoy* food through long-term lifestyle changes. Hundreds of clients have benefited from Johnna's approach on how to EAT (Education, Awareness, Thrive) well, helping them follow these three fundamental concepts:

T – Thrive – Feel energized in your body and mind as a result, and maintain consistency in your new lifestyle habits. This is not another quick-fix for weight loss or temporary 'bandaid' for digestive discomforts; rather this is a lifelong, lifestyle program to help you understand what foods can help you lose weight and heal your body. Following these basic principles while getting in-person and email support from Johnna will result in weight loss and maintenance, reduction of digestive symptoms and feeling rejuvenated in body and mind! Johnna has a master’s degree in nutrition from Bastyr University, one of the leading naturopathic medical schools in the country. She has additional training in treating IBS, chronic fatigue syndrome, migraines and many other health conditions related to food sensitivities as a CLT (Certified LEAP Therapist).
