🔹 Croup: ‘barking’ cough and squeaky breaths.
🔹 Pertussis (whooping cough): ‘normal’ coughing sound, with uncontrollable bouts and possible high-pitched wheezing in-between.

Helping a little one through illness is sometimes daunting!

Here are some tips:

- Keep bub hydrated with breast milk or formula 🍼
- Use a cool mist humidifier 🌬️ to ease congestion and make sleeping easier
- Elevate bub’s head with a rolled towel under the mattress to ease congestion 🔼
- Consult your doctor if bub’s temperature exceeds 38°C 🌡️
- Make sure you are eating, hydrating, and getting some rest 💤 so you can stay healthy for bub!
