1️⃣ Be Gentle with Yourself: When you find yourself overthinking, it’s easy to slip into negative self-talk. But remember, that never helps! Be mindful of your thoughts and treat yourself with kindness instead.

2️⃣ Set a Timer: Give yourself permission to think about what’s on your mind, but set a limit! This can help you feel more in control. Once the timer goes off, it’s time to move forward.

3️⃣ Distract Yourself: Sometimes, stepping away from the overthinking spiral can be super helpful. Find something fun or engaging to focus on for a bit—it can lighten the load!
