Dr Bennett and Kathleen participated in the first-ever International Day of Yoga session at the BC Legislature on Sunday, June 21st.
The event was sponsored by the International Day of Yoga, Vancouver Committee and supported by the Consulate General of India. What an amazing experience!

When it comes to removing plaque, technique matters more than the type of toothpaste. Go gently with short strokes and be sure to cover both the front and back of your teeth as well as the chewing surfaces with a soft bristle toothbrush. Pay extra attention to the gum line and don't forget your tongue!👥
