Do not underestimate the difficulty of this effer. 3 on each side with a solid weight will kill your desire to do a lot else after. I did these paired with 20 KB swings for 3 rounds and it was a great metabolic exercise. DO NOT do these if u haven't done Kettlebells before and DO try them for your first time with someone who can properly coach you through the movement. Boom. 🤛🏼"

Russian Twist with V-Ups (can be modified and done without a dumbbell)
Get into a V sit position and use your core as you twist. Keep your core nice and tight and your back straight. Extend your arms back and your legs out. Use your core to return to the V sit up position and repeat. Try 3-4 sets of 15-20 reps.
